Uh OK well I tried out a new recipe today. So that ground meat I had out? I think once you open it, you have to use it up within a week before it spoils. I ain't taking that chance so I used up the last of it today. It was a tad over 1/2 pound meat. I made my first chaffle using our mini waffle maker! Other than that, I also updated the FB FIT Workout Schedule. It was mainly for myself so I can create my own schedule based around their outline of muscle groups (also included). I am not a fan of some of Fitness Blender workouts mainly the Kickboxing stuff. I can never get used to it but yeah this is so I can prep to make my own obviously.
I had a really off day today. As a sufferer of bipolar, anxiety and depression for most of my life, my daily in's and out's are always quite the struggle more or less than the average person due to intrusive thoughts and unforeseen mood shifts. Today was not a good day for me. The beginning started off normal but it was really the last quarter of my day - dinner time - that things took a negative trajectory. I rage quit everything and when I get angry, I just want to be alone. It was night time and i ended up falling asleep. That's why I didn't complete ANY of my goals today. No 10k steps, no 90oz water, no facial routine or even gua sha. I missed all of those markers. Glad I ate though or else I would've missed that.
Also to note, I didn't count the water from my magnesium supplement (Calm). Since I have to mix powder, I use a mug and eye ball it but it's usually 8-10oz. So I don't feel too bad about my water intake.
