One major thing I noticed since losing weight and eating keto was my limbs stopped going numb in the morning. Seriously!! It was scary because most mornings, I would wake up and one leg would be numb, even in the middle or the night. Always spooked me so I just turned to the other side and hoped it went away. It is a LOT less frequent since losing 40+ pounds already. I can't remember the last time this has even happened. All I know is that it happened a few times a week when I was 187 pounds. 

Food for thought.

For exercise, currently on Day 5. Loved it. I think that one has an alternate as I don't think it was intended to do both listed on FB FIT ROUND 2. Tomorrow I will try something different. I'll still do Day 6 but since I am getting close to my weight goal, I want to actually do that Daisy Keech workout to build a rounder butt. More info tomorrow!
