Starting Monday, 2 days ago, I restarted the FB Fit Round 1 routine thingy again. You can follow along too, it's in the side bar links and under Helpful Links. I'm currently on Day 4 and I just forgone the fitness test because I don't care for it anymore. Feels nice to get back into exercise again. My body feels great and everything is coming back together, back on strictly keto with no cheats, 90 oz water coming back full swing along with daily peppermint tea with magnesium and omega 3 supplements on the side. It was rough the past 3 weeks after I fell off the wagon a bit but I feel confident to say I finally got back on this momentum in my journey. I think this was perhaps needed. My body needed a soft reset after that minor relapse. Looking forward to my final July weigh in on the 28th.
I was in the mood for popcorn but since I am such a stickler (now) about carbs, it took me forever to figure out how many carbs in a cup and how much I can safely eat without going over a net of 20g. Google gave me wild calculations and scanning the arcade of the package I used only goes by kernels and not popped. What good that did me!! So I rounded up. I ate 1/4 cup which literally isn't much but I had to hold back self restraint if I want to keep up with my momentum of wanting to lose my last 25 pounds. Next time, I'll wait for the weekend or when I don't drink a protein shake which takes up the most carbs.
