Lack of updates, sorry. I actually flew in to Texas for a few days and I absolutely fell off track as far as food logs. That was the main reason for not posting. If by some miracle I am able to come up with and remember those days exactly, I'll edit and have those separate posts.

I tried my best to stay keto while eating out and fuck it is soooo hard!

We went to a Tex-Mex restaurant since SO and son had such a dire need for bean and cheese tacos (I don't blame them...I am obsessed with that too!!) So my keto pick was to get 2 chicken Fajita tacos and only eat the chicken obviously ditching the flour tortillas.

Next morning we ate breakfast at another Tex-Mex restaurant and I ate huevos ranchers which is an overeasy egg with delicious spicy red sauce on it. NOT SALSA! I homemake my own ranchero sauce but theirs was fire as fuck 🔥 📛 👨‍🚒 🚒 

I slipped sort of when I impulsively treated my sister and her kids out to lunch....at a buffet!!!!! So tried my best to make keto choices so I picked boiled eggs, cottage cheese, cucumber, shrimp (creviche???) but I did slip and eat some sushi...gutted the sushi and only ate avocado parts and avoided the rice. Ate half a fortune cookie by instinct before I realized I should not have 😬

I've been getting my steps in thankfully so there's that. 

But according to my FitBit, my resting heart rate is going through the roof. I'm super scared. It is definitely because I haven't ate a damn homemade thing and my body is freaking the fuck out.
