Okay one more selfie but no makeup! Right after a shower. My completely unamused face:

Ugh I really hate my face. It looks so puffy! My June 30th/July 1st Reddit pic (100% NOT altered btw) showed my face so slim but that was after all my 24/7 routine of never skipping a beat with exercise, strict keto, skincare, gua sha, and daily 3 liters of water intake. I stopped all of the above and look how fucking fat my face looks compared to June 30th. I am clearly exaggerating but I have already resumed my routine again. Feels nice to return to my old healthy habits.
