So I thought more about my plateau and I am thinking of doing the following:
16:8 Intermittent fasting - Fast 16 hours and eat in a 8 hour window.
Track TOTAL carbs rather than net (total minus fiber and certain sugar alcohols like erythritol)
Mostly likely I'll only do the fasting (Will abbreviate to IF in the future) rather than both. That seems WAY TOO MUCH RESTRICTION. I've even seen people do OMAD (one meal a day). No fucking way am I doing that because I need to exercise and shit. If things get super super desperate then I'll consider the total carb restriction or OMAD.
We went kayaking in the afternoon and hopefully this is something we can make a regular habit out of because not only do we get out of the house but giving our arms an upper workout while enjoying nature. I brought my bluetooth speaker but honestly, it's better without it. Not to gatekeep anyone. I've noticed the majority opinion is that people general hate when people use their Bluetooth speakers in nature either it be on the water like kayaking or hiking. I personally think it's stupid to hate that kind of thing. If you're hiking, you only have to suffer a few seconds and then the person is far and away and people are entitled to listen to music if they want....but TBH I do get judgy if I hear shit music like trashy rap or even worse, Gen X trap. Not a real genre but it's when this current generations music is making nowadays. I know a lot of people on boats anchor it somewhere and party so that is different. Idk.
Working my way up to get back to exercising so that's all that matters.
