Ughhhh so we are on Day 2 of this hellish heat wave. Since our A/C is still functional thanks to me turning it off at the peak heat as to not overload it more...I ended up turning the A/C back on around 9pm. I was mostly chilling in the basement binging Adhura on Amazon Prime. I randomly came up to hell to cook lunch and dinner.
In the morning I went to the grocery store at the ass crack of dawn...and like damn a lot of people had the same idea to beat the heat too. Cheers!
Anyway I also wanted to try a different variation of the Reese's shake I made up myself. So this one is from Reddit:
Cool because I have all 3 exact ingredients! However, I only drink 1 cup at a time so I stupidly guesstimated rather than taking 2 seconds to break down the recipe. I ended up doing 1 tbsp of PB and 1 of Dutch. Tasted watery. THEN I DID THE CALCULATIONS and I was off soooooo much. Oh well. I'll try again another day but at least I got the exact numbers now. As of now, my Orgain Reese's protein shake is still top tier.
I also just realized I can show the percentages !!!! Wow. So I think my main macro goals should be 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% fat. Something like that. If I'm wrong I'll edit.
