Welp, this is the last day of being able to be lazy. Tomorrow my StepBet game starts and pray to the nonexistent StepBet gods that my leg is healed enough for me to go back to doing regular 10k+ steps every single day now. It was good while it lasted. My leg feels mostly good. There is sometimes a burning stinging sensation every now and then on a daily basis so that worries me a bit. I just have to make sure I don't run. I might have to just dust off my rebounder and use that since it's less pressure on the joints.
Nothing much new to report. Pleasantly surprised I didn't gain weight but like I said before the old weight loss advice is that it's 90% diet and 10% exercise or something like that. I am starting to believe that more and more each day. I feel like such an idiot thinking it was all exercise (AKA burning calories) but I do feel healthier.
Today I wasn't that hungry. Ugh.
Pork Butt Country Style Ribs is super underrated and is an easy ass dinner to make. Once thawed I dry marinaded with kosher salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder all sides. Wrapped on plastic wrap in fridge for at least 2 hours. Bake 250 F for 3 hours in 2 cups of beef broth and tightly seal the roasting pan take out when internal temp is at least 175 F. BOOM! Dinner. I oven roasted veggies in the last 2 hours in top rack (don't do mushrooms like I did lol). Try it!!! Super juicy pork!! It literally just melts in your mouth. Doesn't even need sauce but you could add if you want.
