Today was relaxing. We went kayaking for a few hours this morning which explains the lack of proper hydration. But I did end up getting all my water intake by midnight! I wasn't too hungry today so I really struggled having a proper meal at all today. I'm supposed to have at least one source of protein each meal but yeah...I had a low appetite.
As for my "pepperjack cheese biscuits" it's literally the same recipe as my air fryer cheese biscuits but I used 1.8 oz of shredded pepperjack cheese. Only difference. I only created the recipe to see of there was different macros. I split into 3 biscuits and air fried at 370 for 10 minutes.
Also, I had a sad realization. My arms and thighs are no longer toned due to not exercising these past few weeks. I don't want to be skinny fat by the end of my weight loss journey and since my leg is feel good and recovering from the shin splints, I think I'll resume exercising on Monday with the FB FIT program again.
