Cool yet another installment of our weekly weigh in's. Introducing new graphics!

Pleasantly happy since I had that plateau last week. No exercise aside from steps. 2 lbs a week is the best weight loss. I am hoping to lose another 10 pounds within 2 months but yeah. If I have enough free time, I'll use these graphics to update my previous week's weigh in's. Even if I stop my weight loss journey. I still would like this blog to stay up for any inquiring minds.
So as far as my food logs, some of these are recipes I posted in my keto recipe blog, linked in yesterday's post or in Helpful Links in the sidebar. If not posted now, more recipes will be posted in the coming weeks.
I haven't made tuna steak in a long time but it's really super easy and yummy to make on a whim. I thaw these in a cold bowl of running cold water then place in fridge (takes like 24 hours at least to thaw if throwing straight to fridge). I remove from packaging about 20ish minutes until cooking to get to somewhat room temp. Sprinkle a generous amount with this seasoning:
Toss some butter or avocado oil in the pan and pan fry both sides 3 MINUTES EACH. I made pierogies for SO and son and sautéed onions and mushrooms in butter and I used the same pan and oooohhh it gave it a nice infused added 🤌 to it. Love it. Make sure it is a screaming hot pan (but not too hot it will burn in less than 3 minutes) Super easy! I encourage anyone to try it. High in protein! And it's fish!!!¡
