My chest pains went away but I also started having pain in my gallbladder area because this dumb ass here was sleeping on my right side (where the gallbladder is) so I have to force myself to go on anywhere but that side...which habits are hard to break. Upon waking up, I do feel better and more refreshed. I got more relaxing sleep because the kid has off for school due to Election Day.
Weigh in day!
Last week I was 162.6 pounds but this week?
1 pound. I only lost 1 pound. Not sure if this is what we call a "plateau" or it may be rather close to it. The closer I get to my goal, the slower rate of losing it common sense tells me. My goal weight is ultimately 120 pounds but I'd be okay at 130 quite honestly. However, women my height (5'2) can be as small as 100 pounds!!! That's bananas! And I still felt fat when I was 130 pounds. I'll try to stay positive because 130 is still hell of a lot better than my current weight. Makes me wish I were more dedicated in the beginning. I was rereading my March Diaries and man....I slacked so early. I know I would have lost much more weight by now if I just stayed 100% committed. Such as life...hindsight is 20/20.
I wonder if the magnesium gummy that I take in particular had an effect on my ketosis? This is the one I take.
I read that 2 things kick you out of ketosis - a metabolic state burning fat rather than glucose 1.) Spike in sugar 2.) Excess in carbs and it can take days to get back in that state. I only took 1/2 a serving which was 1 gummy. That may have something to do with my stall. That's the only change I did in my diet. I neeeed my magnesium though!! It sucks because that bottle was not cheap. I'll refrain for a few weeks and see if that makes any difference. I might end up buying the previous brand I used to buy.
I think at this point I should be grateful for losing what I did and stop dwelling in the would've/could've-s. It's just a struggle. I really wanted to be in the 150s by now but hopefully end of May.
Oof and I just got invited to a bridal shower in July 🤗 Cool, I guess.

I had to mow the lawn today so I DID NOT DO ANY OF THE ABOVE WORKOUTS. I think I'll just copy and paste and move everything to tomorrow. So....you'll see this exact one again. For the best.

Welp...I had a super shitty night.
Dinner was Chipotle burgers again. My favorite lazy dinner! 1/2 tbsp Chipotle Burger seasoning and 1/2 tsp Hamburger Deluxe seasoning with 1 egg beat into 1 pound of meat...both Bolner's Fiesta Spices brand. Check it. You won't regret it.
