OMG!! Something I should have done at the start of my journey is focusing on toning my butt!! I am thinking of doing Daisy Keech's Bubble Butt Workout Challenge thingy. More info in tomorrow's post!

Woke up from another of those "personal growth" dreams. I was in the water along with a lot of other people...actually my immediate family! The sky was the smokiest most cloudiest gray I have ever seen. Barely any light from the sun was generating through the clouds. There was a nearby volcano that erupted along with a fucking tsunami!! We went through 2 of the hugest waves I have ever seen. I was petrified! But both times they struck us. It wasn't catastrophic but gently pushed us as if we got dumped with a bucket of water too. So the effects weren't too bad. 

I'll put a slightly more elaborated post in my Dream Journal. According my consultation with 'ol Google: "A tsunami could suggest a rapid influx of growth, perspective, life, or individuals". 2nd opinion said "Tidal wave dreams often occur when big changes are occurring in your life and you are questioning your ability to cope and adapt to them. The fear you experience in your dream when confronting the tsunami can correlate with the fear of the impending change you are facing in waking life." Word.

I heard taking magnesium supplements before bed tends to have vivid dreams. I took a gummy. Yeah...that was vivid alright!!! It felt so fucking real. I also take this as another sign that I am on a good trajectory. I sincerely wish the exact same for everyone else on their journey. It is definitely not without difficulties that's for damn sure.

It is weigh in day!

The results may shock you! On April 28th I was 165.4 pounds BUT on May 1st I was 163.6 pounds but today?????

Good. I am actually happy. 2.8 pounds lost since 28th of April but only 1 pound loss since May 1st. See, I was worried about rapid weight loss and my life flashed before my eyes worrying about gallstones (first happened when in my early 20s) but I feel better now. Maintaining that 2ish loss per week. Alright, alright, alright. Had a slight misstep from Greek Easter but it wasn't a fullout binge otherwise I could have lost (or gained) more. Oooh and look at that...I'm out of the "obese" zone finally! I know it's not an accurate nor reliable metric but I still like to use it. I also did end up doing my body measurements! Skip to my May 1st post for it to be updated if not already.

-14 Minute At Home Bodyweight Cardio Interval Workout Not gonna lie, this wrecked me. Only exercise I did.

-17 Minute Six Pack Burn Out Ashamed to say I only lasted maybe 5ish minutes into this workout until I tapped out. Wtf is wrong with me today?????

-18 Minute Daniel's Favorite Lower Back Stretch Did not do. Shame on me!

-8 Minute Toning Lower Back Workout Did not do this. Double shame on me! ðŸ«
