May 31, 2024 Diary
Final day of March. Starting a new thing where in the last day of the month, I will share end stats of how many pounds I lost for this month. So here is the road so far:
*June is obviously supposed to say May (!!!) but I am too lazy to change it but you get the point.
I forget that my weight loss actually started in February rather than March but it's true but it was mostly unintentional. All I remember doing was drinking 90 oz of water daily but I wasn't as consistent as I am today so I definitely missed my goals more often. Very little exercise aside from 10k daily steps. And I was unofficially doing keto. I was even worse in February trying to figure out the balance where my end of food logs were 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carb. Or something similar to that at least. It was not only wildly different but foods I thought were keto were actually not...brown sugar for example 🫣
I was surprised I even lost those 5 pounds in February honestly! But yeah that was the real start to my weight loss and I decided to start my daily diaries in March on a whim. Glad I stuck with it because I often look back as notes I would've otherwise forgot. It does come in handy and if you have time, I suggest you do the same. Doesn't have to be public like I chose. You do you, boo boo.
See ya tomorrow for my weigh in. Low key scared since I did so little exercise!
Also Monday June 3rd is when I get back to not only 10k+ steps but exercising. My leg is starting to heal since I am limping everywhere and avoiding putting much of any pressure on it. I hope it's healed enough for me to get back into exercising because I really feel this 1 entire week of not exercising might make me gain back weight due to not burning sooooooo much of those calories like I used to. Even though I know the saying that 90% of weight loss is in the kitchen...which I am way more inclined to agree. I just keep flip flopping views. Ughh.
Today I got a notification that a few things were out of my personal range. A whopping 3! I almost never have anything out of range but eh...they do have a Disclaimer that it's not meant to be taken as literal and accurate medical advice. So it was my breathing rate, resting heart rate and my heart rate variability. Breathing rate seemed a little worrying but yeah a little low. However my heart rate variability does look concerning too.
