So I got Isopure Protein Powder in Creamy Vanilla at top dollar unfortunately but I read that this is optimal stuff. High protein but 0 carb with a bunch of vitamins and minerals. I got it for $52 so any less than that is the best deal...never buy at top dollar! Anyway, I have sat on this (among many other keto friendly ingredients) since the beginning of March (my keto beginnings) and don't want it to go to waste so now I'm trying to look for more recipes to incorporate this that isn't a protein shake. If I find anything,  I'll link it here. 

I also need to he very careful with how I eat. I ate 1,300 calories yesterday and with so little calorie burn from not exercising and 2k steps, I'm toeing a thin line and at risk for gaining back weight. Fingers crossed I don't! In retrospect, I really should have split that jello Sherbet in 2 portions because those calories really killed it for me. Such delicious betrayal 🫠

For breakfast,  I made a veggie omlete using leftover veggies from when I made it for my son. I woke this morning from a familiar pain in my gallbladder. It went away within 2ish hours while it was dull, it sure was noticeable so that's why from now on, I'm now switching to drinking Peppermint tea for the foreseeable future. That was a top pick to aid in gallbladder health after I skimmed a few articles.
