May 28, 2024 Diary




Ignore my May 27th diary from yesterday. I was speaking from an exhausted place. I think it is in my best interest to keep up my daily diaries. It's more of me to keep notes on stuff. So it really doesn't matter if anyone views my blog or not.

Last weigh in for May.

Repeating from yesterday. Last week I was 162 lbs but this week:

Loss of 3.4 pounds in one week. Only lost 5 pounds for the entire month of May. I somehow ain't even that mad. I am getting closer to my goal weight so this slowness is expected.

Since I am about 20ish pounds from my satisfied goal, I fear a plateau may come sooner than later...in fact it happened last weigh in. If my next weigh plateaus, I plan to start 16:8 intermittent fasting. Which means fast 16 hours but eat in an 8 hour window. So 20 lbs is where I'll be like 😏👍  but my optimal goal is 30+ lbs so I can be like 🥰😭🥳🤩

This week is a lazy week so my tibia can heal properly. I started my StepBet games and first week is Warm Up Week which won't eliminate me if for failing my goals so for once I am taking advantage of that and trying not to put a strain on my right leg until it's much better. I also started putting a cold compress on it for 20 minutes at a time. I can't believe I'm still in such agonizing pain!!! Makes me feel like that leg bone is going to split in half next time I walk. I so scurd. 

Today I tried a new recipe for a Keto Blender Sherbet. Only needed a few ingredients which is great. Low in macros so I ate it all. 
Told ya. I was on bed rest most of the day so extremely low steps.
