You know, I have sooo many keto friendly ingredients like flax/chia seeds, matcha powder, almond/coconut flour, erythritol, monk fruit sweetener, collagen peptides, hemp hearts and psyllium husk and I rarely used these ingredients!! I did make a few stuff like matcha pudding, biscuits, cookie dough. I got too used to sticking to my usual food logs because that's all I know that works. I realize now I need to step outside my comfort zone a little and experiment just a little bit more. Firstly because these ingredients can be pricey to begin with and don't want to waste money and Secondly, I am simply not taking advantage of this marvelous opportunity to find some better alternatives. The biscuits was a major hit! I've linked the recipe twice already in my previous diaries and it was stupid easy. Best of all, no microwave or oven needed! Airfryer for the win! I had a few misses though and I guess that contributed to me giving up. I'll look through more of my keto Cookbooks and comb through Facebook keto groups for more inspiration. It's really a matter of getting my macros in check. I still feel like a keto newbie at this point. 

It may not seem like it at times but I really do love this admittedly restrictive "diet" because having too many power/freedom in choice when it comes to food was the real villain in my life which led to me binge eating. Not to say I don't want freedom of choice but more to manage my options at a more tough love level.
