To be honest, I am thinking of stop updating these diaries. Could be my depression speaking because yesterday and especially today I have been in a deep depression and it's the kind that it's hard to be productive at all. Which is weird because I actually had a splendid weekend and those are usually the days I dread the most. Idk I'll extend my Skincare Routine and play extra long meditation music instead of just 20 minutes during my daily  sheet mask. I didn't even do any gua sha exercises last night. Ugh.

Yeah yesterday was a shitty day for me but not for any particular reason I think I am just getting burned out of everything I guess. It was bound to happen eventually like everything else. However, I really want to push through because the main reason I wanted to lose weight is to look good in a dress when I attend a wedding in October...which is just like 5 months away!!!! I still want to lose at least another 20 pounds so I know I need to get my ass back on track. I'll try my best to hold on until I lost some more pounds. Because I have a feeling that if I stop these diaries, I'll relapse and gain back that weight. It was soooo much hard work! I don't want that. 

Yet another installment of our weekly weigh ins! Woo! 

Not feeling too good obviously because I did have a few slips. Last week on May 14th I was 161.6 but this week:

Okay well first time with these daily diaries in particular that I actually gained weight. Good news: I only gained .4 pounds. Not even half a pound so it is not even a huge travesty just a slight inconvenience. I know I can bounce back with dedication. I think this may be the motivation I need to keep pushing myself through these trying times. OH AND I FORGOT! I am currently on my menstral cycle so I don't know how much of that affects my weight but just a thought.

7 whole days from today is when I start the Step Bet tracking. Whichever day they take out my membership fee so it might be Monday or Tuesday. 

(Day 48 was a rest day with an optional 32 Minute Refresh, Relax & Restore Stretch and Day 49 was a complete rest day)

-52 Minute Strength, HIIT & Pilates Workout I honestly feel like shit so I think I am going to take the rest of this week off and restart this entire program next month MAYBE. In the meantime, here's the FB FIT Round 1 Workout Calendar I created if you want to do the program for yourself.


For breakfast, I had a veggie omlete. Used 2 mushrooms and like 1 tbsp each of diced onions and green bell peppers.


Made burgers again for lunch. I love repeating this recipe because it's quick and yummy and best of all KETO! 1 pound of meat, 1 egg along with 1 tbsp Chipotle Burger Seasoning and 1/2 tsp Hamburger Deluxe Seasoning from those exact ones. Can't speak for others. Divide into 4 patties and pan fry on a screaming hot pan (not really...don't burn it!) 2 at a time for about 5 minutes per side. With a slice of chees, it tastes so delicious by itself. No buns necessary. Kind of like a mini meatloaf. 

Dinner was philly cheesesteak minus any kind of buns.
