Reminder that I still do my gua sha exercises literally twice every day...like 90% of the time since I announced I started doing it. Overkill? Probably. I just feel like my face wouldn't look as "sculpted" without it. Could be just weight loss but my dumb ass wants to believe it's gua sha. Regardless, there's no denying how relaxing of a massage it is at least. I'm thinking that when I hit the 150's range in my weight I can celebrate my 40 or even 50 pound weight loss and do a grand face reveal and post some before and after pictures.
Oh and yes I also still do my Skincare Routine too! My face is so glowing!!! I previously said I planned to do 3ish face masks per week but ya'll I just couldn't help it I actually do it 5-6 times a week. It can get pricy but I suggest a price tracker so you can get the best deal. Watch for when it gets cheap and then stock up on it!
Also notice that I have not changed my water intake goal. I'm in my lower 160s now so technically I should aim for 80 oz of water but ehhhhh what's 10 more oz anyway?! And yes, I seriously do drink all water! Only exception is almond milk for my protein shake but seriously...you make almond milk with just water and almonds so same shit anyway. Does tea count? I do NOT put any sugar in my teas or additives of any kind. Not even sugar substitutes. Literally just water and a tea bag. I read that it is optimal to drink it as is and that's what I've been doing this whole time. Before I was so used to manufactured sweet teas which is a big NONONONO!!!!! Excess sugar turns into fat and guess how much sweet tea I drank prior to weight loss? I was doing all these things that I unknowingly was sabotaging myself like high carb meals. Oohh the cringe!
But yeah I am glad that I had to hit rock bottom to truly evaluate my nutrition. While it's still not top notch, it is still improvement. 👍

-18 Minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout My least favorite Fitness Blender workout EVER! I am not keen on Kickboxing or whatever this is. Still did it though.
-23 Minute Push Yourself Harder Strength Much more enjoyable workout and hey this one incorporates the kettlebell! Fucking finally! Love this one.
-6 Minute Lake Cool Down Oh this is cute. Kelli stepped out of the white void and unto the beautiful lake front. Feels like we're on a field trip with this rare, rare change of scenerym
Like yesterday, I made a 1 egg cheese omelet. If I plan ahead more, I'll make a veggie omelete next time.
If you noticed, I was completely out of avocado and fruit for a few days but oh well. I also decided to take a magnesium citrate gummy. Despite it being labeled as "keto avoid" I only take 1 gummy which is 1/2 a serving. I mean...I already bought the big bottle fucker, NOT CHEAP AS IT IS, so I might as well consume the bottle. Just at a much slower rate.
