Thinking maybe I should explain my food logs a bit more on some days. When you see just 1 egg in my morning logs it is usually just an over easy egg which is easy AF because I use this exact mini pan on Amazon I mean...it's super quick less than 5 minutes from start to finish. Today, however, I decided to make an omelet which is just as easy even in the same pan. 2 eggs would totally not fit so only do just 1. Macros are still the same right? So yeah it was a simple cheese omelet today but I usually prefer a veggie but I was totally hungry and didn't want the extra effort to whip out and cut the veggies this time.
OMFG I forgot to post yesterday's FitBit Weekly Report. Well here it is.
To prevent yesterday's debacle of missing workouts, I am doing a no fail strategy for scheduling my workouts. On either my phone or tablet, I'll click on the workout video and let it play past ads for at least 5-10 seconds, going from last workout to first. And then when I log on my TV, watch the playlist through my History tab which should be correctly in queue for me to just jump into it after chugging my tea (that I brew in 2 different cups to lessen time constraints).
AND BAM!
Out of curiousity, I checked some of my abandoned blogs and it's funny because now most of them have a buttload in views now. Not a lot but way more than when I was actively posting on any of them. I wonder why now? Almost makes me want to start posting there again. If you want to go down the rabbit hole, here is a masterpost of it on my defunct horror movie blog. I truly am that scatterbrained. It's a fucking curse.
Day 9 of the 54 FB FIT Challenge! All are Fitness Blender videos on YouTube. Equipment needed for the main workout is dumbbells and a weight bench (which I got for cheap but an ottoman or chair might do)
-5 Minute Cardio Warm Up It's an okay warm up.
-37 Minute Bicep and Tricep Strength Workout Okay so this one was good and it focused mainly on slow movements and building that muscle as he explain in the video. I really like this one and my arms feel like jelloooooo.
-12 Minute Upper Body Workout Now this was absolute torture. I had to modify some exercises which sucked because I lightly sprained my right wrist on the 2nd move. I seriously hate moves that deal with downward dog moves so yeah I put too much weight on my wrist and I nearly buckled the fuck out. Towards the end there was a move to do DOWNWARD DOG PUSHUPS!! Hell nah. Terrible follow up exercise to pair up after slaughtering the fuck out of my arms in the first workout. I powered through regardless.
-5 Minute Cool Down Breath of fresh air and I am glad it is all over.
OTHER EXERCISES I DID:
--Simple Gua Sha tutorial and Gua Sha for Double Chin @TinaEngeo YES I FORGOT TO DO IT YESTERDAY! I don't want to make that a habit. I was even of thinking of going back to doing it twice a day after watching this Tik Tok video. Idk.
-50 minute indoor walk after dinner.
