Happy Monday to all! HEY the total eclipse in the US is happening today Ooh!! Can't wait. I live in the north eastern part of the US and over here it's estimated to be around 90% totality which hell yeah man I'll take that! Want to see my tea hoard from the past 2 years? I'll further explain below. I am missing an Elderflower box the paranoid person in me thinks a previous guest stole it but hey that's just a theory. For 3 shipments they included samples for a promo. It was for Mandarin Ginger and Elderberry Lemon Balm.

I am making a slight change in my daily plans from here on out. I aim to drink 2 cups of warm (unsweetened) tea every day and my bluetooth water bottle CAN NOT hold warm liquids at all so I will not put my tea in there. After doing a little Google-ing, the best teas to aid in weight loss are green tea, puerh tea, oolong tea and rooibos tea which I have all! I am a massive tea hoarder so it's about damn time I start putting it to use. I read you can reuse the same tea bag but I am a worry wart and I am paranoid about growing bacteria or whatever while leaving the wet tea bag out so I will aim to drink 2 cups in succession. Will start with whatever is already opened and see how that pans out.

Today I am drinking Jasmine Green Tea from the Choice Organics brand that I got from Amazon.  I ended up drinking 2 cups back to back brewed separately. I can manually add this to the HiDrate Spark app and it gave me a 90% Hydration Score and credited 7.2 oz towards my 90oz goal sooooo ya know what? I'll keep my goal at 90 oz then.

Day 8 of 54 of the FB HIT Program

-48 Minute Lower Body, Total Body Workout @Fitness Blender WOW that green tea gave me much needed energy to start this workout like holy shit...Okay now that I am done I can say with certainty that maybe that tea had something to do with my endurance with this workout. There is some caffine in the tea and I drank 2 cups back to back so yeah. Great workout albeit to admit I did modify few moves for my body to adjust and focus on form. Regardless, look at my workout stats!!! I'm happy I got a decent start for the week.

-8 Minutes Butt and Thigh Workout @Fitness Blender I DID NOT DO THIS ONE :( Had an oopsie and didn't look at my calendar so I forgot to do this workout. I already drank my protein shake and rested for like an hour before I realized my mistake. Bruhhh.
