April 7, 2024 Diary
Today is weigh in day and it is disappointing but there's lessons to learn from this. My weight loss is getting less and less. If I had to guess, it's either the water weight waning, my latest workouts with possibly building muscle OR a combo of both. Maybe certain actions are cancelling each other out?
Ya girl here lost .4 pounds. Not even half a pound. Wow. I had a feeling it would not be a good weight loss week anyway because I did feel bloated last night and that's not a good sign at all. I still need to be consistent with my nutrition though but it's obvious I have been having that as a priority. I thought i was doing okay at least but obviously i need to do better than okay. Perhaps incorporate more protein and calories? Under 1000 is dreadful especially from my activity lately. Sorry for sounding like a broken record but my appetite is just not where it's supposed to be. Could be due to the water intake. I honestly don't know but it's not healthy.
I get scatterbrained through the day and often forget eating and then eat a lazy snack or meal as you can tell in my logs. I'm considering letting Carb Manager generate my meal plan for this week. I'll also start drinking warm tea in the morning starting tomorrow.
Today was rough because the family reeeeeally wanted white chicken enchiladas (specifically this video from Cooking Con Claudia) for dinner so yeah of course I made it. Proud to say that I did not give in to temptation this time. I ended up having a grilled chicken salad for dinner while they had the best dinner ever. 🫣

OMG REST DAY #2!!! Still though, here are other things I did:
-Simple Gua Sha tutorial and Gua Sha for Double Chin @TinaEngeo
-Indoor walk 20 mins.
