I am seeing a disturbingly low amount of rock/metal themed workouts on YouTube. Even the ones that do exist are corny lol!! It's cringy when I see non-metal fans do air guitar and the devil horns. And some even refer to it as "rock n roll" which the term is sooooo outdated unless you're talking about Elvis. You guys have no idea how badly I want to start a metal walking workout channel now more than ever. I just need a big space for it.

FUN FACT: My current YouTube channel was originally a channel for me doing lyrics to my favorite  metal songs. Only 4 videos are still up but I had like 10 videos on there. I got my first copyright strike when I did a lyric vid for Blood Stain Child "Stargazer" (one of my all time favorite songs). It scared the churros out of me so I deleted the video plus a few others just in case and stopped uploading ever again. Rosxjun is my YouTube channel if you want to check it out. I think I even got a warning plus a probation 60 day or so period. Twas over 10 years ago I don't remember.

So that's why I worry that if I do make a new metal walking workout channel that I'll risk that again. If I do, I plan to add bandcamp links and whatnot. That's why my current videos are up because their labels allowed me too. 🤗 One of them even friend requested me on Facebook!

Day 29 of 54 of the FB FIT Round 1 Program. All videos from Fitness Blender unless noted. 

-5 Minute Cardio Total Body Warm Up Originally was going to an external workout but opted out. This warm up is effective enough for me.

-16 Minute Belly Fat Burner HIIT I believe this is a repeat from earlier in the program which no complaints here! I think this was the one that re-fucked my injured right leg so I put most of my weight on my left leg and did baby hops rather than jumps. No shame doing this at all 👌 

-27 Minute Build A Booty Workout Cooldown is included. As brutal as this one was, I enjoyed it. Loved the jump squats in between each move in the first set. Relaxing cooldown for real.

18 Minute Butt & Thigh Pilates Workout *Extra Credit. I did not do this one.



For lunch I realized 2 things. First, the broccoli cooked way better when I put the air fryer temp at 380 F rather than 350 F. Still cooked for 10 minutes. Second, feta tastes amazing with the kielbasa and broccoli. I ran out of my Babybel cheese and used feta for the hell of it and it tastes damn near identical. Similar calories so no big difference honestly. I ate avocado separately hour before lunch.


For dinner, I actually made Dijon Chicken. I made this even before I knew this was keto! Anyway, there wasn't enough chicken for everyone so I took one for the team and opted out (as much as it pained me) and instead just pan fried spam topped with 1 tbsp of the dijon creamy sauce. I had a sad dinner but oh well.
