 FUN FACT: I seriously considered starting my own YouTube channel to do death metal themed walking/strength training workouts but I was too self conscious and fat to start...I mean never say never the future can always change. Melodic death metal in particular is the true love of my life (yes, there's an actual difference with that and death metal). However today I  actually came across Metal Workouts!!! This is exactly what I was aiming for. They don't upload much but I really hope this channel picks up popularity. I did find a few other "metal" workouts via OTHER CHANNELS but they were from more mainstream stuff like Rob Zombie, Slipknot, RATM. Nostalgic, sure but like I said, my heart belongs to the more obscure side of metal. I know you can always put on music on a regular workout so that is always an option too. It's not an English language channel unfortunately. Due to all my years listening to Megaherz and Rammestein I came to the conclusion this channel's primary language is German. 

Today I feel good. At my partner's work he has a take-your-child-to-work day and my teen happily accepted. Speaking of which he (partner) said he is starting to notice my weight loss!!!! I am so honored! I mean he has already said it before he noticed my thighs are more form but it's really starting to show in my face too. Woo hoo!!

Day 25 of 54 of the FB FIT Round 1 Program! All videos are from Fitness Blender unless otherwise noted. When I get the time, I'll create a page to consolidate all the workouts and schedule. 

-10 Minute Pop Punk Cardio Workout @Rachel Guolotta Fitness Not FB FIT so I used this as a warm up. First time with this channel and I love how this workout has split screens one with regular moves and the other with mods which what I did as I only intended to use as a warm up. I eventually did the regular moves once my heart warmed up. All was Fallout Boy songs. Never was a fan because of his whiney nasally voice but songs are catchy and it was tolerable for only 10 minutes of my time.

-9 Minute Low Impact HIIT & Cardio Despite being very brief, it really got my heart pumping which is obviously the point as seen in my stats.

-27 Minute Stretching Pilates Yoga Blend It's exactly what you expected it would be. It was just a lot of stretches on repeat. Very relaxing and ideal to increase your flexibility. Didn't log this on my watch as it doesn't feel like a real workout but I did it.
