I didn't do gua sha for 2 days and I can already tell my face is puffing up again and lost its firmness 😨 That's why they say consistency is key. Minor setback but back on the wagon.

Day 23 of 54 of the FB FIT Round 1 Program. All workouts are from Fitness Blender unless noted.

-30 Minute Cardio Workout Did not do this but cardio is the theme today so here are more leg injury workouts I did:

-15 Minute Seated Hurt Foot Full Body Workout @Fitnessa Better quality than yesterday's workout but just as effective. This one worked mostly on lower body. Looking forward to more from this channel. OMFG SHE HAS POP PUNK WORKOUTS!!!! I'm totally doing those tomorrow. 

-14 Minute Cardio with an Ankle Injury @Olivia Loxton This worked on upper body which was just arms. Upon first look, appears to not be hard hitting lol well I dare YOU to do this and see if you feel the same. It was such a great burn 🔥
