April 21 2024 Diary

It is weigh in time!!!!
Last week I was 170.8 pounds and this week I now weigh....
That's a loss of 3.2 pounds! Way cool. I worry that it's not actual fat loss. Maybe more water weight? Could be possible I may be inadvertently starving myself and the weight might be coming off muscle rather than fat? Not intentional at all. Water has been known to be an appetite suppressant and also a known side effect while eating keto. So idk.
