I updated my How My Diaries Work page by adding memes and stuff. Check it out if you want. I'll also work on creating a Keto FAQ in the coming days. 

Exercises I did:

Day 2 of 54 of the FB Fit Program. Will make notes how I did when it's completed. 

*Both of these workouts do NOT require any equipment! Rejoice mothafuckas.

-40 Minute Cardio HIIT Workout Warm up and cool down is included. Maybe it was the carb splurge that knocked me out of ketosis but I woke up just NOT up for anything! I had no fucking energy to workout like I did last week. Honestly, the warm up already had me dying but I was committed and did the workout anyway. I did not give 100% which is cringey as fuck when people say "Either give 100% or don't even bother starting" type of bullshit. I was more focused on getting good form and listening to my body rather than just flopping around like a whale. So I did at maybe half the speed they did. I still got good heart rate zones at my own pace, look further down for my heart rate stats.

-32 Minute Low Impact Lower Body and Core Tabata Workout Warm up and cool down in included. I liked this one because it was not as heavy hitting but it was still one hell of a burn I tell ya what. I did have to resort to modified versions of some of the moves in both of these workouts today or else I would just over work my heart and drop dead. We don't want that here. Or do you?!

-*EXTRA CREDIT: 100 Rep Squat Challenge I DID NOT DO THIS ONE! You can if you want but I was just jello at this point. Needless to say, the cool down in the Tabata workout was enough for me to call it a day so no further stretches/cooldowns were needed.

OTHER EXERCISES I DID:


-50 Minutes Total of Indoor Walking (25 minutes before dinner and 25 minutes after dinner) 




My food intake has been struggling hardcore which really should be my priority over exercise but my appetite is seriously struggling to want to eat in general!!! Wtf is wrong with me? I did thaw out chicken breast that I can use to make lunch for the rest of the week. Hopefully my ketosis will reset in time. I usually have such a burst in energy when I was in it. Today I totally didn't. I did get some small batch Keto recipe Cookbooks to aid me.
