Well I found out the hard way the importance of a timer when brewing green tea. I grew up poor and frugal so I do use the same tea bag to brew 2 cups each morning. Yesterday, I forgot to set the timer for my 2nd brew and before I knew it the bag was steeped for 10 minutes (supposed to be 3!!). Didn't think it was a big deal until I drank it 🤮 Growing up poor also taught me to never let food (in this case, tea) go to waste so I just chugged it. It was sooo bitter. Please people, prioritize timers and always steep accurately according to directions. 

So I want to clarify about the person I keep calling my partner. Yes, he's the father of our teenager. Only 1 child and no plans for more. Nope, I am not married to my partner. Long story short, we actually did get married when we were young and stupid. He filed for divorce. Reconciled before it was even finalized and moved the fuck away from his shitty family and have been back together for 10 years (known him for 17 yrs total) and no plans to get remarried because fuck yo norms. Super simplified version and there was a fuck ton left out so you might have more questions but too bad lol We have a very unorthodox relationship and that's okay. We're like the beaner version of Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell. I'm stuck with that lovable asshole for the rest of my life 🫠 For real though, thankful to have him in my life. When you know someone for nearly 20 years, ups and downs happen. That's life. You just suck it up, deal with it and continue living.

-7 Minute Warm Up @Yes2Next NOT FB HIT In Retrospect maybe not the best warm up for today's workout in particular but can't change the past.

-37 Minute Upper Body Superset Workout Even though this was longer, I chose to do this first. I just looooove compound workouts like this. I think this might be another favorite for strength workouts.

-12 Minute Upper Body Workout I can see why this was on the schedule. I did feel the need for more burn and this definitely scratched that itch. This also lead me to a revelation: time to upgrade weights 💪 😎 👌 Rushing into upping weights too soon is a complete no no. However I think I'm ready for a slight bump in weights.


I forgot how much I love Babybel cheese. It's a small disc of white cheese encased in a red wax in those white net bags. This is one of my favorite keto lunches to make on the fly. Comes together within 15 minutes! I season chicken breast with salt, pepper and chicken rub seasoning and pan fry on stove top about 5 min per side or until internal temp of 165. While that's cooking I use my air fryer to cook my frozen broccoli florets at 350 F for 10 minutes in an open foil pouch with a dash of salt and avocado oil. Cube chicken when done and add in small bowl and now I discovered adding 1 Babybel cheese melts beautifully and all 3 taste so yummy together! Food logs says 2 but I ate 1 separately earlier.
