I think I found a keto recipe I finally like! Family wanted egg sandwiches for breakfast and since I can't eat biscuits I tried out this cheesy air fryer biscuits recipe and it was awesome! I opted to make 5 rather than 9 small ones. I don't think this was intended for an egg sandwich but who cares?! It's super good 👌 Only thing I couldn't get was the timing right. I had it at 400 F for 6 minutes but it looked too doughy so I put it back for a other 4ish minutes. Still doughy so I flipped them over and did 5 more minutes. Ehhh they looked a tad burnt so less time next time! Still tasted delicious. I ended up just eating it like a tostada. I only ate 1 1/2 of the 5 biscuits but the Carb Manager macros has it set for 9 small biscuits so I rounded up.

Also, it's the weekend so I'm usually late to update stuff so rest assured I think end up finishing the post, even if it's the following morning lol
