YOU KNOW WHAT TODAY IS?!?! Weight loss check in! I am so scared. I've been wanted to loss weight for the past 3 years with dismal executions but I feel I have finally hit gold with this plan. So let's see where all that hard work shows from 1 week of (sort of) intensive planning.
I took my measurements but for the life of me I can't find my March 1st measurements to compare it to!!! I am pretty sure I lost an inch or so but I want proof I did. 🙃 Still looking. Hopefully I can update with good news next. Update: I am just going to use April 2023's measurements since that is the last known despite me getting up to 187 since those measurements. Just keep that in mind.

This might be confusing so let me explain. I moved across states in mid 2021 then bought this particular Loftilla scale and back then I weighed 172 pounds or something. That's why it's +7.6lbs. My beginning weight for March in the next pic. Aiming to pass 172 eventually, obviously.
Exercises I did:
-20 minute outdoor walk to the store (stats in pic dump)
-played ping pong with my son for 20 minutes.
-indoor walk for 35 minutes
-Today is my Day 1 of Gua Sha follow along YouTube video. It's supposed to help with lymphatic drainage to the face or something. I'll do these once or twice a day and see if it helps in a week or two. After today, I'll exclusively use this video for the rest of the month.
Before I get to my pic dump, I just want to say that Matcha Chia Pudding I had for breakfast tasted like ASS! I know it is good for me but there was no sweetness, it was just a gelatinous green blob. I had to literally force that down my gobbler. Never eating that again. Lunch seriously made up for it. Fucking YUM! 😛
