I am suffering from the affects of suspected plantar fasciitis due to the sudden change of walking outside (some hiking hills during the route). Trying to limit what I can today as far as exercise on my feet.
Exercise I did today was walking for 1 1/2 hours (90 minutes). My feet hurt so much! However after 20 minutes of cautious walking, the pain began to subside but that was probably due to the ibuprophen I took after dinner which was basically philly cheesesteak without the buns which was homemade, like always.
