Woke up worrying if I would get sore legs from that intensive (to me at least) workout from yesterday. I actually feel great! That full body stretch post workout really did my body good. I spent all weekend with sore legs so I was naturally worried but yeah there goes to show the difference between stretching and not stretching after a strenuous workout. My right leg is not as flexible as my left so that's something to work on. Asymmetry in general is common from what I hear.

(I erased the paragraph about the Brazil Butt Lift DVDs mostly because it's kind of outdated - not to mention cheesy as hell - and there's plenty of free workouts for toning da butt on YouTube anyway)

Exercises I did today:

6 Minute Full body Jumpstart Cardio Warm Up @Fitness Blender I forgot how beneficial warm ups are prior to just starting a workout all willy nilly.

-35 Minutes - Day 2 of the 20-10-5 ("Glutes, Hams and Calves") Workout @Grow With Jo Not on YouTube but she is giving us peasants 1 week of free access to this particular workout. Will do all 5 Days and will go back to free YouTube videos.

-15 Minutes Full Body Post Workout Stretch @Kaleigh Cohen Strength I was intending to squeeze in another workout but better safe than sorry and just stuck with 1 workout today and went right into this cool down stretch.

-30 Minutes walking our dog.

-40 Minute indoor walk after dinner.

-Simple Gua Sha tutorial and Gua Sha for Double Chin @TinaEngeo in the AM. OMG I forgot to link Tina's name on here like I do with the exercises. Will do for now on.

I wanted to make a chicken lettuce wrap but romaine lettuce is boat shaped so oops! I'll have to use up all this shit before I buy the correct greens next time! I ate everything like a boat...which tasted great but I wanted a wrap dammit. Made 2 boats.
