March 19, 2024 Diary

After waking up this morning, I noticed my stomach (my hugest trouble area) feels even more lighter and "deflated". I'm figuring it's still all the water weight since I am not used to drinking this much water and it's been about a month going strong. My Hidrate bluetooth water bottle has seriously helped me! of course, it is still possible to track water intake otherwise but I enjoy the convenience of it being synced effortlessly. So this is not a requirement for anyone at all. If you have the $65+ dollars extra then by all means I do recommend this purchase. It's on Amazon in varying sizes and colors.

It is Monday so you know what that means. Fitbit Weekly Retrospect:


I really want to revive my Fitbit but I simply can't get my dead Sense to charge so unfortunately, I'm unable to share my heart rate or sleep cycles.

I honestly wanted to do more exercise but my I had a spike in lactic acid buildup while doing a Fitness Blender workout so I bailed on that one within 5 minutes. Listen to your body, people!

My other goal is to surpass 10k daily steps on more days. Partially because of my Step Bet but also to up my burning calories.

Exercises I did today:

-20 minute morning walk to the store

-25 Minutes of walking mah dawg

-20 Minute Walking Workout @Moore2Health First time with this channel. Like the full body beginner friendly workout. She talks during it. Only con is there is no timer left icons like majority of fitness channels have but eh 1st world problems. I'll plan to continue with this channel.

- Simple Gua Sha tutorial and Gua Sha for Double Chin in the AM

-(Future channel I want to check out is Fitness Dange which shows full length 1 hour classes which I would love to attend one day. This would be a good gage to see if I can hang IRL if I can do these straight through!)

- 35 minute of walking mah dawg in the evening.
