March 16, 2024 Diary
Today is one of my worst days for food logs. So please no one take after me and starve themselves. This was a very unhealthy day for me that I will not repeat again. Nothing dramatic even happened today either, I just didn't have the appetite to eat. I did make homemade pizza for my family and it was towards the end of the day and knowing I hatedly ate, I did eat 2 SMALL slices. I just got to resume my keto diet after this and keep a more careful and balanced choices from now on.
In other news: I upgraded my Hidrate Bluetooth water bottle from a 21 oz to a 32 oz. Gave the 21 oz to my son since I know it would benefit him more. That's why there is a such a gap in hours...plus we went to a concert during that time.
The weekends is what I really loathe the most because it really is such a struggle with food logs and exercise. I thive when I'm alone for most of the day but it is what it is. I hate exercising or doing gua sha in front of other people so I have to wait when I am alone and it is seldom on the weekends. Might start doing it in the bathroom or something.
Also, had a very off kilter day as far as eating and exercising. No really any breakdown or anything, I was just lethargic so today was the first in a long time I didn't hit 10k steps. Won't happen again, unless I want to lose money from my StepBet. At least I got my water intake goal in the nick of time!
Exercises:
-30 walking the dawg.
-Simple Gua Sha tutorial and Gua Sha for Double Chin in the AM only.
