Today is the day my dudes.


 Slightly disappointed because when I "cheated" to take a sneak peak at the scale it was at 178 but today's weigh in?


(To be fair, I did start my menstral cycle this week. On Day 2. So that could possibly be why for the slight fluctuations)

I mean, it's a hair off off but I'll still be happy. Trying my best to keep my head up because I low key wanted a more drastic weight loss. But hey! It's much more beneficial to lose 1-2 pounds per week than 5-10 pounds, I was just hyping myself up a little too much when I was looking at the keto forums. But I have to stay positive. Better have an attitude a glass half full, right? Okay so here are the rest of the measurements.

I won't post my measurements until the 1st of the month because honestly, my body measurements were practically the same, plus what different could a barely 2 pound weight loss in a week really affect the body anyway? It's better for me to just measure once a month. So stick around 2 weeks. 

Back to our regularly schedule program.

Exercises I did today:

-20 minute walk to the store.

-25 minutes walking mah dawg.

-30 minute indoor walk after dinner.
