My stretchy pants feel even looser! I can't wait until my 2nd weigh in on the 14th! I even feel the drainage from the gua sha sessions I've been doing. Nice feeling. Every Monday I get a Fitbit progress report so that is included after my meal pics.

Also to note, if you notice blanks on my homepage, it's because my pics clog up my posts so much, it makes Blogger glitch where it doesn't show all my recent posts. Only fix is for me to page break at the beginning of the post. Sorry about that. I also found a way to prevent this in the future so only these past 3 or so posts are only affected.

Exercise:

-In the AM and PM I did Simple Gua Sha and Gua Sha for Double Chin in that order.

-In the AM I did 9 minute Tank Top Arms Workout

-65 minutes indoor walking (20 minutes before dinner and 45 minutes after dinner).
