No monthly measurements this month because I literally didn't do shit for this month.

Self.com is a fitness and wellness website that usually has monthly workouts with a theme to it. I thought, what better way to try to get my butt in shape than to try this silly thing? 

I hope it's okay to post here but yeah I am going to post the daily workouts here rather than my original separate posts. I'll just update this post daily.

Compete each exercise 30 seconds each rest 30 seconds
After all 3 are complete rest 60 seconds
That's ONE round! 
Complete 2 or  3 Rounds 

1. Bodyweight Squat


2. Bicycle Crunch


3. Modified Plank Bodyweight Row



Just a Little More Movement:
Choose between:
1. 30s workout 30s rest
2. 40s workout 20s rest
3. 50s workout 10s rest
Rest 60s is 1 round!
Complete 3-5 Rounds

1. Goblet Squat 



2. Single Arm Row (left)

3. Bicycle Crunch 


4. Side Plank (right)

5. Forearm Plank
