Hey here is a challenge to try out! If you want to try to get toned arms I found an interesting one to do. I would like to use this opportunity to see how toned my arms can gets by doing this challenge! I'm a visual learner so here is a frame for reference and excuse my gif maker fast-forwards. Now, let's get into the exercises:

1. Superwoman arms
2. Criss cross
3. Double pulse
4. Bingo Wings
5. 1 Arm out 1 In
6. Arm Circles (front)
7. Arm Circles (back)
8. Back Cross

The idea is do slowly build up momentum in doing these exercises and keep in mind this is a custom schedule but feel free to go at whatever pace you want!
