I did recently started to have a series of occurances that's really starting to concern me. I woke up in the middle of the night and had an overwhelming feeling of dread like I was going to die at that instant. Hard to explain but it was an immense wave of existential dread that my existence could just easily be nonexistent. No feeling what would cause it but yeah. It was very frightening. Is that what a night terror is? This is like the 3rd time this happened this past month.
Exercises I did:
-30 Minute Senior Walking Workout @Yes2Next It's low impact, perfect for sore legs while still giving a full body workout. It's tagged as a senior but you can easily make it more challenging like incorporating squats in side steps or using dumbbells. I really like this channel because it's a mother/daughter team effort and I love their calm and friendly demeanor. Instantly love this channel. My favorite part is where they flub a workout in the beginning and don't edit it out lol It's endearing and gives off a casual vibes I've been yearning for that doesn't take mishaps that seriously.
-12 Minutes Beginner Arm Workout @HasFit Second time I am circling back to this video. He's very motivating and great how the focus is on form rather than repetitions.
--9 Minute Upper Body Post Workout Stretch @ Kaleigh Cohen Strength. Felt like a good stretch. I let it autoplay on my TV and saw her Full Body Stretch (didn't do it) and it looks a perfect cooldown to incorporate into my routine when I resume Monday.
-42 Minute outside walk whole family went to an outdoor historical site and took dawg too!
- Simple Gua Sha tutorial and Gua Sha for Double Chin in the AM and PM. While preparing to do gua sha, I dropped and shattered my pink gua sha stone 😠I have my green one left now I'm scared.
